If you wish to exchange your item, contact us by email, diasporacreation@gmail.com, within 7 days of receipt of your order and include your order number. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email. However, there is no guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, folded the same way you received it, and in the same condition that you received it. Invoice will be sent to you for your shipping it back to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within seven (7) days and shipped back within 14 days.
